each of your selling members will receive a sales aid
consisting of:

SALES PRESENTATION FLYER
(for selling members to show potential customers)
with a tasteful picture
of the products they will be selling
with description and prices.
these sheets will be personalized
with the sponsoring organizations name and message.

ORDER FORMS
form to write the orders on,
then hand back to the sponsor
for tallying and placing the main order with delong farms.
this order form can be personalized to suite your needs.
if the sponsoring organisation has the ability to process
credit cards, we can make sure the order form has a place
for the seller to take the
credit card information and customers signature.
when the order forms are handed in,
the sponsoring organisation
could then process the credit cards.

POSTERS
will also be made available.

quantities of flyers, order forms and posters
to be discussed on phone.

of your
order
your entire order will be delivered
to a place of your choosing.
the sponsoring organisation
or someone's garage works great.

then at the next meeting,
or a special pre-planned meeting,
your selling members
will come and pick up their orders
for delivery to their individual customers.

terms
there is no pre-payment required
for legitimate, approved,
fundraising organisations such as
Scouts,
School Groups,
Athletic Organisations, etc.

payment is due,
50% - 2 weeks
after you have taken delivery;
and the balance 30 days after the delivery

we also accept,
visa, master card, american express

....ordering,
delivery schedules
and deadlines
your carrier:
products will be boxed in six
and will arrive most likely by "
united parcel service."
only if your order is
over 150 pieces will we consider
using a common carrier

. all clients who have turned in
their "final order" to delong farms
before november 10th
may request their delivery week
as early as the first week of december
. orders later then november 10th
may have to take a little later delivery

. ....there will only be one shipment
per sponsoring organization,
sorry no straggling orders....
